Hi everyone, sorry I am a couple days late!
01.06.2025 – 09.06.2025
Prague, Czech Republic 🇨🇿
After finishing up our exploration in Vienna, we headed northwest to Prague via train! I had heard a lot about Prague and was excited to experience the city. We spent 3 days in Prague, below are some images from that time.

We got to explore the Prague Castle, which was an impressive sight to see.

The castle was one of many beautiful sights we explored!

Overall, Prague was all that I expected. It was beautiful and rich in culture. I was impressed with how robust the public transportation system was as well. After our few days in Prague, it was off to our next location, Bergen!
Bergen, Norway 🇳🇴
Bergen was our only stop in the Nordic region of Europe. The city was vibrant, walkable, and oh yes, expensive. I spent a majority of my time exploring Bergen itself. I also used the bus system to see some surrounding villages/fjords. Our rental was up on a hill that was 109 meters above the city. The hike up only took about 15 minutes, but it was STEEP. Said hike was well worth the views.

Bergen was so colorful. Bergen is known for being a rainy city, but luckily we dodged rain most of the time we were there.
When we were leaving Montenegro, we made a friend on our way to the airport, his name was Max. Max was a nice Canadian gentleman who was studying in Sweden. I had mentioned that I wanted to swim in Norway but was worried about the water temperature. He told me about an experience he had where he used a sauna that was placed on the water so you could go immediately from hot to cold or vice versa. During our time in Norway we found one of these businesses and knew we had to do it.

I can confirm that the water was frigid, but after sweating in a sauna for a couple minutes it was the perfect yin to my yang. Bergen was great and I can’t wait to explore more of Norway and the other Nordic countries later in life.
Subaru Updates
After not seeing a Crosstrek (but still seeing a Subaru) in three straight countries (Croatia, Montenegro, Austria), I had some worries going into the remainder of the trip. All that being said, please see below.
Czech Republic

While walking through Prague and talking on the phone with my older brother Jack, I spotted this Crosstrek. I would like to thank Jack for this find, as I feel his energy helped me wander in the right direction.
Norway
I did some research on which villages I could visit with the public transport pass I bought, and I found a route from a Reddit thread that I decided I would check out. While looking out the window on the bus journey I saw what I thought could be a parked Crosstrek. I wasn’t 100% sure though. The bus was moving fast and the differences between an Outback and a Crosstrek are minimal. Regardless, I decided to hop out of the bus and start the walk backwards. The next bus would get there in 30 minutes, so the risk was easily justifiable.

Let’s see where we’re at with only two countries left.
Subaru sighting – 9/9 countries
Crosstrek sightings 6/9 countries
Holding out hope for 11/11 on Subarus and 8/11 on Crosstreks!
Today we arrive in Amsterdam and then in two short days we will be in our last location, London!
Thank you for reading.
Until next time!
